Common causes are a dirty flame sensor, a failed igniter, a clogged filter restricting airflow, a tripped high-limit switch, or a thermostat set to the wrong mode. We diagnose the actual cause rather than replacing parts and hoping.

Usually low refrigerant from a leak, a dirty condenser coil, a frozen evaporator coil from restricted airflow, or a failing capacitor. Adding refrigerant without finding the leak is a temporary fix, so we find and repair the cause.
